Pros
  • Motorized firing is easier for small hands than pumping a slide
  • Rated 89 fps, competitive with other clip-fed blasters in its class
  • Picatinny rail accepts accessories from other Insanity blasters
  • Long 802 mm body gives a rifle-like feel
  • $19.99 is a low price for a motorized clip blaster
Cons
  • No batteries included, so add the cost of AA cells
  • 89 fps is measured on fresh batteries and drops as they drain
  • Full-length darts only; short darts won't work
  • At 1.64 kg and 80 cm long, it is heavy and long for younger kids
  • Motorized blasters are louder than spring-powered ones
