Questions and answers
- When does Ampex Gear run sales?
- Ampex Gear discounts tend to appear around spring and early summer camping season and again around end-of-season clearance. The current markdowns, 50% off the Codazzi and 47% off the three-person tent, are listed on this page with their prices and stores.
- Where is Ampex Gear cheapest?
- Ampex Gear tents are sold mainly through its own store and a few outdoor retailers, so the lowest price usually comes from whichever has the current markdown. Deal.ai compares each store's price for the same model, so check the product page before buying.
- What are Ampex Gear's best tents?
- The Codazzi 1 Person Backpacking Tent is the entry model: a solo tent at $99.99, aimed at backpackers who want low weight and a low price. The 3 Person Lightweight Backpacking Tent at $199.99 is the larger option for couples or small groups.
- What is Ampex Gear's return policy?
- Return terms depend on the store you buy from, not on Ampex Gear alone. Check the retailer's return window and whether used or opened tents are accepted before you order.
