Questions and answers
- When does Heliguy run sales?
- Heliguy discounts tend to appear around clearance of older DJI generations and Black Friday. The current Zenmuse X5S offers are clearance pricing on a discontinued camera, so stock is limited.
- Is Heliguy the cheapest place to buy DJI gear?
- Not always. Heliguy prices in USD here are above some US DJI dealers, but it bundles UK-based support and repair service. Compare the landed price including shipping and duty before buying from the UK.
- What is the DJI Zenmuse X5S good for?
- It is a Micro Four Thirds camera for the Inspire 2, with 5.2K/30fps video, 20.8MP stills and interchangeable lenses. It suits mapping, inspection and film work, but needs an Inspire 2 and compatible lenses, which add cost.
- What is Heliguy's returns policy?
- Heliguy accepts returns on unused items in original packaging within a set window, but opened drones and activated DJI products are usually excluded. Confirm the terms for clearance cameras before ordering, since those sales are often final.
