Questions and answers
- When does the Hisense D2C Shop run sales?
- Hisense discounts most heavily around Black Friday, Cyber Monday and back-to-school season. Projector and TV markdowns also appear around major sports events and Super Bowl week. Outside those windows, direct-store prices track close to other retailers.
- Where is the C2 Pro projector cheapest?
- The Hisense D2C Shop lists the C2 Pro at $1,199.99 with 52% off, which is well below its usual street price. Compare against Amazon and Best Buy before buying, since projector pricing moves quickly. Check the price history on this page to see whether the current figure is the low point.
- What are Hisense's best-known products?
- Hisense is strongest in TVs, especially its ULED mini-LED sets and the U8 series, and in laser projectors like the C2 Pro. It also sells soundbars, air conditioners and refrigerators. The projector line is the one most often discounted at the direct store.
- What is the return policy at the Hisense D2C Shop?
- Hisense's direct store generally accepts returns within 30 days of delivery on most products, with the item in original condition and packaging. Large items like projectors may carry restocking or shipping charges. Confirm the window for your specific model before ordering.
- Does the C2 Pro need a separate sound system?
- The C2 Pro has built-in speakers, so it works out of the box for casual viewing. For a dedicated theater setup, most owners add a soundbar or AV receiver. The 2,600-lumen output suits a dark room; ambient light will wash out the picture.
