Questions and answers
- When does Alex go on sale?
- Alex ride-ons are discounted year-round at third-party retailers rather than on a fixed brand schedule. The two current Wayfair deals, 53% and 50% off, are typical of clearance and seasonal markdowns. Check price history before buying to see whether a listing is at its low.
- Where is the Alex 24V Electric Go Kart Drifting Car cheapest?
- Wayfair lists it at $288.93, 53% off, as of the date shown on the listing. Compare that against other retailers' prices for the same 24V model before ordering, since ride-on pricing varies widely by seller.
- What is Alex known for?
- Alex's ride-on line centers on battery-powered go-karts, including 24V drifting models for older kids and 12V karts for younger ones. The 24V drifting car is the flagship product with a dedicated page here.
- What is the return policy on Alex ride-ons?
- Returns are handled by the retailer you buy from, not by Alex directly. Wayfair's return window and large-item rules apply to these karts, so confirm them before purchase, and keep the original packaging for a bulky ride-on.
