Questions and answers
- When does Nex run sales?
- Nex discounts the Playground most often around Black Friday, back-to-school and the winter holidays. No deal is live on this page right now, so check back or set a price alert on the product page.
- Where is the Nex Playground cheapest?
- Nex sells the Playground mainly through its own site and major retailers like Amazon, Target and Walmart, and prices are usually close across them. Compare the current listing for each store on the product page rather than assuming one is always lowest.
- What is the difference between the Nex Playground and the Nex Playground Console?
- They are the same device: the console is the hardware unit that plugs into a TV and uses a camera to track body movement. Listings use both names, so check the bundle contents, such as included games or extra controllers, before buying.
- Does the Nex Playground need a subscription?
- The console works with a set of included games, and Nex sells a separate membership that unlocks a larger game library. The membership is optional, so the upfront price is not the full cost if you want the full catalog.
- What is Nex's return policy?
- Returns go through the store you bought from, so the window and terms differ between Nex's own site and retailers. Check the return period on the specific listing before you order.
