Questions and answers
- When does Urban Shop go on sale?
- Urban Shop discounts show up most often around back-to-school and the winter holidays, when Walmart cuts prices on dorm and gift items. Clearance tends to land in January and late summer. No deal is live on this page right now.
- Where is Urban Shop cheapest?
- Walmart is the main retailer for Urban Shop and usually the lowest price, since the brand is sold there in stores and online. Third-party marketplace sellers often list the same lamps higher. Compare against Walmart's shelf price before buying elsewhere.
- What are Urban Shop's best-known products?
- Novelty lamps are the signature line, including lava lamps, moon lamps and galaxy projectors. Small storage and dorm decor items round out the range. Build quality is basic and matches the low price.
- What is Urban Shop's return policy?
- Returns follow the policy of the store you bought from, not Urban Shop itself. At Walmart, most items can go back within 90 days with a receipt. Keep the packaging for lamps, since broken glass and missing bulbs can complicate a refund.
