Which is better for TV watching and reclining?

The Gaomon. Its armrests adjust to three heights for upright sitting, reclining or TV watching. The Garvee has fixed armrests.

Which has a better warranty?

The Garvee states a 30-day warranty. The Gaomon listing states none. Thirty days is short for a sofa either way, so check the store's return policy.

Is the Gaomon worth $434.66?

Only with caution. You get adjustable armrests, a removable backrest and side pockets, but Macy's buyers report fraying fabric and an unstable frame. Confirm the return window before ordering.

Neither has a track record you can rely on. The Garvee gives no durability detail; Gaomon buyers report fraying and frame instability. A 30-day warranty on the Garvee is the only stated cover.

Do both seat three adults?

Yes. Both are 85-inch three-seaters. The Gaomon lists a 29.5-inch depth and 33.1-inch height; the Garvee gives only its length.

The Gaomon is $434.66 at Macy's as of November 3, 2026, and it is the only store listing it new. No current price is given for the Garvee, so compare once you have one.

Garvee 85 Inch Modern 3 Seater Chenille Sofa vs Gaomon 3 Seater Couch for Living Room, 85" Modern Chenille Cloud Sofa with Adjustable Armrest & Removable Backrest

Both are 85-inch chenille three-seaters, so the choice comes down to features and risk. The Gaomon adds adjustable armrests, a removable backrest and side pockets, but its Macy's listing draws complaints about fraying fabric and an unstable frame. The Garvee is the safer pick only if you can confirm its price and warranty; its 30-day warranty is short. As of November 3, 2026, the Gaomon is $434.66 at Macy's, the only store listing it new; no current price is given for the Garvee.
