Questions and answers
- Which fits a 40 oz Hydro Flask better?
- The Seven Sparta is built for 32 and 40 oz Hydro Flasks, with a 3.4-3.8 inch diameter and rubber tabs. The TYKOR will also hold it, since 40 oz falls inside its 2.7-4.2 inch range, but the fit is less tailored.
- Is the TYKOR worth it over the Seven Sparta?
- Yes if you want to save $2.80 and hold a wider range of bottles, from 16 to 46 oz. The Seven Sparta costs more but grips the bottle with rubber tabs.
- Which holds a bottle more securely?
- The Seven Sparta states rubber tabs that hold the cup in place. The TYKOR relies on its expanding base to grip the cupholder, with no stated bottle grip.
- Will either fit a small car cupholder?
- The Seven Sparta has the smaller body at 9.4 cm wide and 11.4 cm deep. The TYKOR is 13.1 cm wide and long, so check your console space before buying it.
- Do either keep drinks cold or hot?
- No. Neither has cooling or heating. They only hold the bottle; insulation comes from the bottle itself.
- Which is better for a 24 oz bottle?
- The TYKOR. Its 2.7-4.2 inch range covers 16-46 oz bottles. The Seven Sparta is aimed at 32 and 40 oz bottles with a 3.4-3.8 inch diameter.
