Which is better for a curved ceiling or cove?

The uxcell silicone channel. It bends to follow curves, while the Ledupdates aluminum channel is rigid and suited to straight runs.

Can the Ledupdates channel take a wider strip?

Yes. It fits strips up to 20mm wide, or two 10mm strips side by side. The uxcell channel tops out at 10mm.

Which gives more total length?

The uxcell roll gives 23ft in one piece. The Ledupdates pack gives six 3.3ft pieces, about 19.8ft total.

Is the Ledupdates pack worth the lower price?

For straight runs, yes. At $22.90 at eBay as of November 6, 2026 it costs less than the $46.05 uxcell roll and is easier to mount rigidly.

Do either include LED strips?

No. The Ledupdates listing states strips are not included, and the uxcell channel is sold as a channel only.

Which lasts longer outdoors?

Aluminum resists warping and holds shape better in heat. Silicone stays flexible and resists yellowing, but is softer. Neither lists a warranty.
