Is the Morden Fort Haven worth it at $726.97?

At $726.97 at Home Depot as of November 4, 2026, it is a reasonable buy for a 91-inch chenille sofa with a 600 lb rating. Comparable cloud-style sofas often cost more, but expect softer cushions and more upkeep than a firm fabric couch.

How does it compare with a standard Lawson sofa?

It keeps the Lawson silhouette and rounded arms but uses a deeper 33-inch seat and softer fill for a loungier feel. That trade-off means less lumbar support than a traditional Lawson with a loose back.

Will it fit through my door?

At 91 inches long and 33 inches deep, check your doorway and hallway width before ordering. Many sofas this size ship in sections or with removable legs, so confirm the delivery method at checkout.

What is the weight limit?

The frame is rated for 600 lb total across the sofa. That is above average for this price range and suits two to three average adults.

How do I clean beige chenille?

Spot-clean with a mild upholstery cleaner and blot rather than rub. There are no removable covers listed, so heavy stains are best handled by a professional.

Sofa prices typically dip during major holiday sales and long weekends. Track the price history here and compare the two stores that stock it before buying.

About the Morden Fort Haven Cloud Couch Chenille Sofa

The Morden Fort Haven is a 91-inch Lawson-style sofa in beige chenille with rounded arms, a tight back and a wood frame rated for 600 lb. Its deep, low, soft look is aimed at people who want the slouchy "cloud" feel rather than a firm, upright couch. At $726.97 at Home Depot as of November 4, 2026, it sits at the low end of what this model has sold for recently, so the current price is a fair one.
