Is the Gikpal 50LB set worth it?

It is a reasonable buy at $149.99 at Walmart as of November 4, 2026 if 25 lbs per hand covers your lifts. If you press or row heavier, a set with a higher max will save you from buying twice.

How fast can you change the weight?

The quick-select mechanism moves in 2.5 lb increments up to 25 lbs per dumbbell. You change both dumbbells to matching settings, so a set-to-set change takes seconds per hand.

How does it compare with Bowflex or PowerBlock adjustable dumbbells?

Bowflex and PowerBlock sets typically go well above 25 lbs per hand and cost more. The Gikpal is cheaper and lighter, which fits beginners and light training but not heavy strength work.

Two adjustable dumbbells, two non-slip silicone base pads and a quick-start guide. No stand or extra plates are included.

When is the price lowest?

Only one new price, $149.99 at Walmart as of November 4, 2026, is listed, so there is no recent range to judge a low point against. Watch for holiday sales, when home fitness gear usually discounts.
