Our take on the Fed Fitness Adjustable Dumbbells Set 25lb A Pair

The Fed Fitness Adjustable Dumbbells Set is a pair of dial-style adjustable dumbbells that go from 5 to 25 lb each, giving you 10 weight settings in one compact footprint. Rubber-coated handles and a 50 lb combined max load suit home lifters who want a small rack of weights without a rack. At $75.99 at eBay as of November 3, 2026, the pair sits at the low end of what adjustable pairs in this weight class typically cost.

Best forHome lifters with limited floor spaceBeginners progressing from 5 to 25 lbPeople who want one pair instead of a full dumbbell rackLight commercial or garage gym use
Pros
  • Two dumbbells included, so you can train both sides at once
  • Wide 5-25 lb range per hand in small increments
  • Compact footprint replaces roughly 10 pairs of fixed dumbbells
  • Rubber handles improve grip and reduce clanking
  • Rated for residential and commercial use
Cons
  • 25 lb per hand caps out for serious strength training
  • Dial mechanisms can feel slower to change than fixed dumbbells
  • Adjustable plates rattle more than solid dumbbells
  • Long-term durability of the selector mechanism is the usual weak point on budget sets

Questions and answers

Is the Fed Fitness adjustable dumbbell set worth it?
For home lifters working in the 5-25 lb range, yes. The pair covers a lot of ground for $75.99 at eBay as of November 3, 2026, and takes up little space.
How much weight does each dumbbell hold?
Each dumbbell adjusts from 5 to 25 lb, and the pair's combined max load is 50 lb. That is enough for light pressing, rows, curls and lateral raises, but not heavy strength work.
How fast can I change the weight?
These are dial-style adjustables, so you turn the handle to the setting you want rather than loading plates. Changes take a few seconds per dumbbell, slower than grabbing a fixed pair.
Are they good for beginners?
Yes. The 5 lb starting weight and small jumps make them easy to progress with, and the rubber handles are comfortable for new lifters.
What comes in the box?
The retail packaging is a pair, so you get two adjustable dumbbells with their weight plates and handles. Check the listing for a storage tray, which is not always included.
When is the price lowest?
Adjustable dumbbells tend to dip during Black Friday and January fitness sales. At $75.99 the pair is already near the bottom of its usual range, so waiting may not save much.
Where is the Fed Fitness Adjustable Dumbbells Set 25lb A Pair cheapest?
At Walmart, for $109.59, as of our latest check.
What do buyers say about the Fed Fitness Adjustable Dumbbells Set 25lb A Pair?
Rated 4.6 out of 5 from 91 ratings.
Where can I buy the Fed Fitness Adjustable Dumbbells Set 25lb A Pair?
2 stores we checked sell it, including Walmart, eBay.
