Is the Scott Addict 20 worth $3,100?

At $3,100 at Kingcyclesport as of November 5, 2026, it is a fair price for a carbon endurance bike with Ultegra hydraulic disc brakes. Whether it is worth it depends on how much you value comfort over race geometry.

Is this a race bike or an endurance bike?

It is an endurance bike. The geometry is relaxed for long days and bumpy tarmac, not for criterium racing.

What tires does it come with?

It uses 700c tires that are 32C wide and folding. That width gives more comfort and grip than narrower race tires.

Does it have mounts for fenders?

Yes. The frame is Syncros fender kit-ready, so you can add mudguards for wet weather riding.

How does it compare with the Addict RC?

The Addict RC is the race-focused line with sharper handling. The Addict 20 trades some of that sharpness for a more upright, comfortable ride.

When is the price likely to be lowest?

Endurance bikes often see discounts at the end of the season or when a new model year arrives. Compare the three stores listing it new before buying.
