Is the Bissell CleanView XR Pet worth it?

At $119.99 at Kohl's as of November 5, 2026, it is a low-cost cordless for pet hair on hard floors and low-pile carpet. If you need deep cleaning on plush carpet, a corded upright will do more for the money.

How long does the battery really last?

Bissell rates it up to 40 minutes, which assumes the lower power setting. Expect noticeably less on max suction, and a full charge takes about 4.5 hours.

Does it work on carpet and hard floors?

Yes, it is rated for carpet, area rugs and bare floors. It performs best on hard floors and low-pile carpet; thick carpet needs multiple passes.

Is the battery removable and replaceable?

Yes. The 24V lithium-ion battery pops out, so you can swap in a spare or replace it when it wears down.

What comes in the box?

The vacuum, its 24V battery, a charger, and a wall mount with charging station. Check the listing for which pet tools are included.

Cordless stick prices dip around Black Friday and holiday sales. The current $119.99 at Kohl's is already near the bottom of its recent range.
