How do I use it on a fresh pet accident?

Blot up as much liquid as you can, then apply the formula so it reaches the carpet backing where urine soaks in. Let the enzymes sit for the dwell time on the label before blotting dry.

Will it remove old urine smell?

Enzymes break down the uric acid crystals that cause lingering odor, which is why the formula is aimed at odor and not only visible stains. Old, deep-set spots may need more than one application.

Is it safe on wool or delicate upholstery?

Test on a hidden area first. The label targets carpet and fabric, but wool and some delicate fabrics can react to wet cleaning.

Does it work in a carpet cleaning machine?

It is a liquid formula meant for spot treatment. Check your machine's instructions before adding it to a tank, since foaming formulas can damage some extractors.

Is it free of dyes and phosphates?

Yes. BISSELL lists it as phosphate-free, dye-free and free of heavy metals.
