Is the Adesso Oslo Floor Lamp worth it?

At $144.50 at Home Depot as of November 3, 2026, it is a reasonable buy if you want an adjustable black floor lamp with a 100 W bulb. It is a basic lamp, so you are paying for looks and adjustability rather than smart features.

Does it come with a bulb?

No. It takes one bulb up to 100 W, which you buy separately. An LED bulb in that range will give the most light for the least heat.

How tall is it and how much space does it need?

It is a standard floor lamp height with an adjustable arm, so it works beside a chair or desk. Leave room for the head to swing when you reposition it.

Is today's price a good one?

The best new price is $144.50 at Home Depot as of November 3, 2026, against a recent low of $141.50 on October 30. That is close to the floor, so waiting is unlikely to save much.

Does it have a dimmer or smart controls?

No. It is a plain on/off lamp with no dimmer or app control. If you want dimming, use a dimmable bulb with a separate dimmer plug.

Where else is it sold?

Four stores list it new, and Home Depot has the lowest price as of November 3, 2026. Check the other stores for shipping costs before ordering.
