Questions and answers

Is this kit worth it for a beginner?
Yes, if you need several tools at once. Seven tools plus two batteries and a charger for $449 at Arbor as of November 3, 2026 is cheaper than buying the drill, impact driver and saws separately.
How does it compare with a kit that has one big battery?
This kit gives you a 2.0Ah and a 4.0Ah pack, so you can charge one while using the other. A single 5.0Ah kit runs longer per charge but leaves you idle during charging.
How long do the batteries last?
The 4.0Ah pack handles most drilling and driving sessions; the 2.0Ah pack is best kept for the drill and impact driver. Expect the 2.0Ah to drain quickly in the circular saw.
What comes in the box?
The drill/driver, impact driver, reciprocating saw, 6-1/2 in. circular saw, oscillating multi-tool, random orbit sander, Bluetooth speaker, 2.0Ah and 4.0Ah batteries, charger and contractor bag.
Does the speaker work with other batteries?
Yes. The Bluetooth speaker runs on both 20-Volt MAX and 12-Volt MAX batteries and has up to 100 ft. of reception.
When is it cheapest?
Combo kits usually drop during holiday sales and spring contractor events. Track the price history here and buy when it falls below the recent range.
Where is the 20-Volt MAX Lithium-Ion Cordless Combo Kit (7-Tool) with 2 Ahr Battery, 4 Ahr Battery, Charger and Bag cheapest?
At Arbor, for $449.00, 49% under what the other stores charge, as of our latest check.
