Questions and answers

Is this kit worth it for a 2009 Trailblazer?
At $9.99 at Amazon as of November 5, 2026, it is a cheap way to get a brighter high beam. Budget for a relay harness if the lights flicker, and check your state's rules on HID conversions first.
Do I need a relay harness or error cancellers?
Not always, but many vehicles need one or the other. The listing offers both as optional upgrades, so buy them only if you see flicker or a bulb-out warning after install.
How hard is the install?
The listing claims a 15-20 minute plug-and-play install. You still have to mount two ballasts and route wiring, so plan on closer to an hour the first time.
What is in the box?
Two HID bulbs and two standard slim 35W DC ballasts. No relay harness or error cancellers unless you add them.
Is a 6000K HID high beam legal?
Rules vary by state, and many restrict HID conversions in halogen housings. Check your local inspection rules before buying.
Where is the 2009 Chevrolet Trailblazer Headlight Bulb High Beam 9005 HID Kit cheapest?
At Amazon, for $9.99, as of our latest check.
Where can I buy the 2009 Chevrolet Trailblazer Headlight Bulb High Beam 9005 HID Kit?
