Our take on the Access Frontier Tonnosport Roll-Up Cover

The Access Tonnosport is a soft roll-up tonneau cover for the 1998–2004 Nissan Frontier with the roughly 6-foot bed. It clamps on without drilling, uses a trigger latch to lock, and rolls forward out of the way for full bed access. The vinyl top sits low over aluminum rails in a silver finish. Its best new price is $319.99 at CarParts.com as of November 6, 2026, with two stores listing it new.

What reviewers say

Owners of older Frontier trucks generally rate the Tonnosport as an easy, affordable soft cover that installs quickly and rolls out of the way. Complaints center on the vinyl wearing over time and the limited security of a soft top.
