Is the LOMAX cover hard or soft?

It is a hard cover made of aluminum panels with a carbon fiber finish. The panels support 400 lbs evenly distributed.

Does it fit my truck?

This version fits 5 ft truck beds and mounts inside the bed rails. Check your bed length before ordering, since other lengths use a different part.

Do I need to drill to install it?

No. The rails attach with eight TIGHT BITE clamps, then the cover slides forward onto hooks and lowers into retainment brackets.

Can I use a toolbox with this cover?

No. The LOMAX is not toolbox compatible, so a bed toolbox will not fit under it.

How much bed access does it give?

The panels fold forward for full bed access, so you can carry tall items without removing the cover.
