Is the Adizero Dropset Pro good for lifting?

Yes. The 7mm drop and firm Lightstrike Pro midsole give a stable base for squats and deadlifts, and the TPU heel cap adds support. It is a gym shoe, not a running shoe.

Can I run in the Dropset Pro?

Only short distances. The 29mm/22mm stack and firm midsole are tuned for lifting and gym work, so it feels harsh on longer runs.

How does it compare with the Adipower?

The Dropset Pro is lighter and more flexible, which suits mixed training. The Adipower line is heavier and more rigid, aimed at pure weightlifting.

Does it fit true to size?

It runs true to size for most wearers in a standard D width. If you have wide feet, try a half size up.
