Our take on the ALPS Mountaineering Acropolis Tent

The Acropolis is a three-season, two-door backpacking tent from ALPS Mountaineering with a 63.75 sq ft floor, 5-foot peak height and 25 sq ft of vestibule space. Its 75D polyester fly and floor carry a 3000 mm coating with factory-sealed seams, and the 7000-series aluminum poles keep the trail weight at 8 lbs 11 oz. That weight is heavy for two people to carry far, so it suits car camping and short trips better than long backcountry hauls. The best new price is $149.99 at eBay as of November 6, 2026, with four stores selling it new.
