Is the RG40XX H worth it over the RG35XX H?

The RG40XX H adds a larger 4-inch screen and a more comfortable horizontal grip over the RG35XX H. Both use the same H700 chip, so emulation performance is close; pick the RG40XX H if screen size matters to you.

The 64GB version includes a TF card, and the bundle contents list only the console. Card contents vary by seller, so check before buying if preloaded games matter to you.

Can I connect it to a TV or wireless controller?
