Is the Article Sven sofa worth it?

At $895 at Pull Up A Couch as of November 4, 2026, it is a low entry point for an Italian-tanned leather sofa. Expect firm seating and leather that needs care, but the frame and materials are solid for the price.

How does the Sven compare with Article's other leather sofas?

The Sven is the mid-century tufted model with a bench seat and pillow back. Article's Timber and Nirvana lines use different silhouettes and cushion setups, so compare seat depth and cushion type rather than price alone.

How do I care for the leather?

Dust weekly and condition two to four times a year with a leather conditioner. Keep it out of direct sun and wipe spills quickly, since waxed Italian leather can darken where it gets wet.

Does it come assembled?

The sofa ships with the legs off and needs only the legs attached. The frame and cushions arrive assembled.

When is the Sven cheapest?

Leather sofas like this usually drop during holiday sales and end-of-season clearances. With only one new price listed as of November 4, 2026, watch for a second store listing to compare.
