Our take on the Ashley Easy Isle Sofa Sectional/Chair with Cushion

The Ashley Easy Isle is a three-piece outdoor seating set: a two-piece cushioned sectional plus a lounge chair, with six throw pillows. It is built on a rust-free aluminum frame wrapped in handwoven all-weather resin wicker, with zippered Nuvella fabric cushions over all-weather foam. The set seats two on the sectional and one in the chair and measures 104 inches wide by 81 inches deep. It is a large, heavy set at 165 lbs and needs assembly.

Questions and answers

Is the Ashley Easy Isle worth it?
It is a solid pick if you want a wicker-look sectional that will not rust. The aluminum frame and Nuvella fabric are the main reasons to pay more than for a steel or wood set.
How big is the set?
It measures 104 inches wide, 81 inches deep and 33.75 inches high, and weighs 165 lbs. Measure your patio before ordering, since it needs a large footprint.
Do the cushions survive rain?
The Nuvella fabric and foam core are made for outdoor use, but the covers are not described as waterproof. Bring cushions in or cover the set during heavy rain to avoid soggy seats.
What is in the box?
You get the two-piece cushioned sectional, the lounge chair, six throw pillows and the seat and back cushions. Assembly is required.
Does it need assembly?
Yes. Plan on an hour or more with two people, and have a screwdriver and the included hardware ready.
When is it cheapest?
Outdoor furniture tends to drop in late summer and early fall as stores clear seasonal stock. Watch the price history for a dip below the recent range.
