Is the marble top real stone?

No. The top is a replicated marble pattern on decorative paper laminate over an MDF substrate. It looks like marble but is lighter and needs no sealing.

How many people does it seat?

Four. The set includes four barstools and the 42-inch square table has seating capacity for four.

How tall is the table?

It is counter height at 40 inches, with a 42-inch width and depth. Standard dining tables are about 30 inches, so pair it with counter-height stools only.

Does it come assembled?

No. Assembly is required, and the set ships in multiple boxes. Plan for two people and about an hour or more.

Is it good for a small kitchen?

Yes. The square 42-inch footprint uses corner space efficiently and seats four, which suits breakfast nooks and small kitchens.

Our take on the Ashley Jazmore Counter Dining Set

The Ashley Jazmore Counter Dining Set is a five-piece counter-height set: a 42-inch square table with a replicated marble-pattern laminate top and four upholstered barstools. The table sits at 40 inches high, so it works as a casual kitchen or breakfast-nook table rather than a formal dining room centerpiece. The top is MDF with a decorative paper laminate, not real stone, so expect a printed marble look rather than the feel of genuine marble. Assembly is required, and the set includes adjustable levelers for uneven floors.
