Our take on the Ashley Lanolee Dresser

The Ashley Lanolee is a 62-inch-wide six-drawer dresser in a black painted finish with satin nickel-tone round knobs, framed drawer fronts and tapered feet. It mixes hardwood solids and birch veneer over MDF, and the drawers use dovetail joints on ball-bearing side glides. A matching mirror is included. At $609.99 at In Home Furniture as of November 5, 2026, it is the only new price listed, so there is no recent range to compare against.

Best forBedrooms needing wide, low storageModern farmhouse or classic dark-wood roomsBuyers who want a dresser and mirror in one purchaseShoppers who care about dovetail drawer construction
Pros
  • Wide 62-inch top holds a lamp, decor and a mirror
  • Dovetail drawer boxes are sturdier than stapled or nailed joints
  • Ball-bearing side glides give smooth, full-extension pulls
  • Black finish with nickel-tone knobs suits farmhouse and classic rooms
  • Matching mirror included in the box
Cons
  • Assembly required
  • Heavy at about 195 lb, so plan for two people and a dolly
  • MDF substrate and birch veneer, not solid wood throughout
  • Only one new price listed, so there is little to compare against
  • No soft-close drawers listed

Does it come with the mirror?
Yes. The box includes the dresser and the matching mirror. Check the listing for whether the mirror attaches to the dresser or hangs separately.
