Will a farmhouse sink fit this cabinet?

Not guaranteed. The cabinet is a standard 36-inch sink base, but farmhouse sinks need apron clearance and a modified front. Give the sink model and manufacturer specs to the seller before ordering.

Does it have real drawers?

No. The two headers are false drawer fronts. The only storage is behind the two doors, plus the open sink cavity.

Is it assembled when it arrives?

No. It ships ready to assemble. You join the box, attach the face frame and hang the doors and hinges.

What are the exact dimensions?

36 inches wide, 24 inches deep and 34-1/2 inches high. Confirm your countertop height and adjoining cabinet sizes before ordering.
