Pros
  • Folds for storage in a car, closet or under a desk
  • 750W motor and 20 mph top speed suit city traffic
  • Full suspension softens rough pavement and curbs
  • 385 lb max load is high for a 14-inch folder
  • Disc brakes front and rear
  • 48V system is common, so replacement batteries are easier to source
Cons
  • 2.6 out of 5 from 583 ratings is a weak owner score
  • 14-inch tires ride harsh and handle poorly on potholes and gravel
  • 30-mile range is optimistic; expect closer to 15–20 miles at speed
  • Direct-drive hub is heavy and has drag when pedaling unassisted
  • Only 3 speeds, so pedaling without power is limited

Questions and answers

Is the Azhar 750W folder worth it?
Only if folding size matters more than ride quality. At 2.6 out of 5 from 583 ratings, many owners report range and reliability shortfalls. Compare it against 16-inch folders before committing.
What is the real range?
The 30-mile figure assumes low assist and a light rider. At 20 mph with a 10Ah battery, expect roughly 15–20 miles. Heavier riders and hills cut that further.
Can adults ride it?
Yes. The minimum recommended age is 16 and the max load is 385 lb. The 14-inch frame and 27.6-inch height range suit shorter riders best; taller riders may feel cramped.
How fast does it go?
Top speed is 20 mph, the Class 2 limit. It has a throttle and pedal assist, and no license is needed in most US states.
Does it come assembled?
No. Assembly is required, typically handlebars, pedals, front wheel and brake checks. Budget for a shop tune-up if you are not comfortable with that.
When is it cheapest?
Folding e-bikes usually drop during spring sales and Black Friday. Check the price history on this page to see whether the current price is near its low.
