Our take on the Azhar 750W 14" Folding Electric Bike

The Azhar is a folding Class 2 electric bike with a 750W direct-drive hub motor, a 48V 15Ah battery and full suspension, built to fold for storage or a car trunk. It tops out at 20 mph and is rated for up to 30 miles per charge and a 385 lb load. The 14-inch tires and 3-speed setup suit short city hops more than long rides. At $265.99 at Walmart as of November 4, 2026, it is the only new price listed, so there is no recent range to compare against.

Pros
  • 750W motor and 48V 15Ah battery at a low price
  • Folds for storage or car transport
  • Full suspension and disc brakes
  • 385 lb max load is high for the class

Cons
  • 14-inch tires ride harsh and handle poorly at speed
  • Direct-drive hub motor feels heavy and has drag when pedaling off-power
  • 30-mile range is optimistic for a 750W motor
  • 3 speeds limit gearing on hills
  • Assembly required

Questions and answers

Is the Azhar folding e-bike worth it?
Only if the low price outweighs the risk. The 750W motor and 48V 15Ah battery are strong for $265.99 at Walmart as of November 4, 2026, but a 2.4/5 rating from 155 ratings signals reliability problems.
How fast and how far does it go?
It is Class 2, limited to 20 mph with throttle or pedal assist. The rated range is 30 miles, which will be shorter with heavy throttle use or a heavy rider.
Is it good for hills?
Not really. The direct-drive hub motor and 3-speed gearing struggle on steep grades, and the 14-inch wheels make climbing less stable.
What size rider fits it?
The frame is a 14-inch folding design with a listed height range of 27.6 inches, so it suits shorter riders. Tall riders should check the seat and handlebar height before buying.
Does it come assembled?
No. Assembly is required, typically handlebars, pedals and front wheel. Budget time or a shop visit for setup.
When is it cheapest?
Walmart lists it at $265.99 as of November 4, 2026, and it is the only new price listed. Watch for seasonal sales, since there is no second store to compare against.
Where is the Azhar 750W 14" Folding Electric Bike cheapest?
At Walmart, for $265.99, as of our latest check.
What do buyers say about the Azhar 750W 14" Folding Electric Bike?
Rated 2.4 out of 5 from 155 ratings.
