Is $1,149 a good price for this tree?

It is the best new price as of November 6, 2026, and it sits at the top of the tree's recent range. Balsam Hill trees rarely drop far below list, so waiting for a sale is the main way to pay less.

Can it really stay outside?

Yes, it is sold as an outdoor tree, so it is built for porch and patio use. Place it out of standing water and bring it in during severe storms.

How long does setup take?

The flip-tree frame lets the sections fold out rather than being assembled piece by piece. Balsam Hill publishes a setup video for this model; most owners report it is up in minutes.

The tree sections, the pre-attached light strings and a stand. Check the listing for the exact stand and storage bag inclusion before ordering.

Is 6.5 ft tall enough for a front porch?

It works for most single-story porches and entryways. Measure your ceiling or overhang first, since a topper adds height.
