Questions and answers

Is the Bedsure SupportMax bed good for arthritic dogs?
Yes. It is an orthopedic bed with a padded shredded-foam base that cushions joints, and the low entry suits older dogs that struggle to climb. The sofa bolsters also give a surface to lean against.
Can the cover really be machine washed?
Yes. The cover is removable and machine washable, and it is waterproof, so the foam underneath stays dry. Wash on a gentle cycle and air dry to protect the sherpa fleece.
What size should I get for a large dog?
The X-Large Plus is 48 by 35 inches, which fits most large breeds that like to stretch out. Measure your dog nose to tail while lying down and add a few inches before choosing.
Is $22.95 a good price for this bed?
It is a low price for an extra-large orthopedic bed; comparable beds from other brands often run several times that. At $22.95 at eBay as of November 5, 2026, it is worth checking the size and seller before buying.
Does it have a non-slip bottom?
Yes. The base has a non-slip bottom that grips hard floors, which helps when a large dog jumps in and out.
Will the shredded foam hold its shape?
Shredded foam is comfortable but can shift and flatten with heavy daily use. Fluff it back into shape regularly, and expect some settling over months.
Where is the Bedsure SupportMax Orthopedic Removable Cover Dog Sofa Bed cheapest?
