Our take on the Bestpet Dog Crate with Divider and Tray

The Bestpet Dog Crate is a 42-inch double-door metal crate for large breeds, with a divider panel, a removable tray and dual latches. It folds flat, has a carry handle and rolls on casters, so it can move between rooms or go outdoors. At $63.80 at Walmart as of November 3, 2026, it is the only new price listed, so there is no recent range to compare against.

Questions and answers

Is this crate big enough for a large dog?
At 42 inches long, 27 wide and 30 high, it suits many large breeds and fits a growing puppy with the divider in place. Measure your dog standing and lying down before buying.
Does it come with a divider and tray?
Yes. The crate includes a divider panel and a removable tray, and the tray can be cleaned with mild soap and water.
Can I use it outdoors?
It is listed for indoor or outdoor use, but the metal frame and casters are best kept out of rain and direct sun.
How does it compare with a fixed wire crate?
It folds, rolls and carries, which a fixed crate does not. A fixed crate is usually heavier and sturdier for a dog that pushes against the door.
Is $63.80 a good price?
It is the only new price listed as of November 3, 2026, at Walmart, so there is no recent range to compare. Check it against other 42-inch double-door crates before deciding.
What colors does it come in?
Pink, black and blue.
