Is this mat worth it for an inflatable hot tub?

Yes, if your tub sits on concrete, gravel or a patio. The 1/2-inch foam cushions the base, protects the tub floor from punctures and adds some insulation. It is a cheap add-on next to the cost of the spa itself.

Will it actually keep my hot tub warmer?

It reduces heat loss through the ground, which matters most on cold concrete or stone. Expect a modest help with heat retention, not a replacement for a insulated cover.

How big is the mat and will it fit my tub?

It is 77 inches across, so it suits round inflatable spas up to about that diameter. Measure your tub first; a larger tub will overhang the edge.

Can I use it on a deck or grass?

It works on most flat surfaces, including decks, patios and firm grass. On soft or uneven ground the tiles can shift, so level the area first.

Sixteen interlocking EVA foam tiles plus one smaller pump mat, 17 pieces total. No edge trim or carrying bag is listed.

When is the price lowest?

Hot tub accessories usually drop in late summer and early fall as spa season winds down. As of November 5, 2026, the best new price is $71.25 at Walmart.
