Our take on the Bolton Tools Double Chamber Vacuum Packaging Machine with Four 23-1/3" Seal Bars

The Bolton Tools Double Chamber Vacuum Packaging Machine is a commercial chamber sealer built from 304 stainless steel, with two chambers and four 23-1/3-inch seal bars so one chamber can seal while the other is loaded. It uses an industrial high-power vacuum pump, 10 mm double seals and digital controls, and it weighs 512 lb. Its best new price is $2,025.00 at Bolton Tools as of November 4, 2026, with three stores listing it new. That is the only current price point given, so compare the other two stores before ordering.

Pros
  • Two chambers let one side seal while the other is loaded
  • Four 23-1/3-inch seal bars handle wide bags and multiple packs per cycle
  • 10 mm double seals resist leaks better than single seals
  • 304 stainless steel body suits wet, wash-down kitchens
  • Industrial pump is rated for commercial duty, not occasional home use
Cons
  • 512 lb machine needs a fixed spot and floor rated for it
  • Requires 220V three-phase power at 26 amps, which most homes and small shops lack
  • No pricing history is given, so the $2,025.00 price cannot be judged against past lows
  • Chamber sealers cost far more than suction-style home sealers
  • Bulky footprint and heavy packing weight of 600 lb complicate delivery and setup

Questions and answers

Is this machine worth it over a single-chamber sealer?
If you pack steadily, yes. The second chamber keeps the pump and seal bars working while you load the other side, which roughly doubles throughput over a single-chamber unit. For occasional home use it is far more machine than you need.
Can I plug it into a normal outlet?
No. It needs 220V, 60Hz, three-phase power and draws 26 amps total, so you need a commercial three-phase circuit. Confirm your building has one before buying.
What bag width does it take?
It handles bags up to 23-1/3 inches (600 mm) wide, and the four seal bars let you run several smaller bags per cycle. Seals are 10 mm double seals.
What is included with the machine?
The listing covers the machine itself; bags, filler plates and spare parts are not stated. Budget for chamber bags and confirm accessories with the seller.
When is the price lowest?
Only the November 4, 2026 price of $2,025.00 at Bolton Tools is known, and three stores list it new. Check the other two stores and any price history before ordering.
