Down in Who-ville, the lights are strung and the tree in the middle of the square is already turning. Who-ville Town builds the whole neighborhood at brick scale, from the post office on the corner to the Who-ville Toy Store to the Welcome to Who-ville sign out front. Cindy Lou's house, the town house, and the toy store are open at the back with the rooms furnished inside, and six buildable figures move through it all: the Grinch, Max, Cindy Lou, the Mayor, the Handy Man, and the Mail Man. The town has a spot built to display them once the building is done. This is the holiday centerpiece that goes on the mantel the first week of December, stays up until the tree comes down, and comes back out next year. An officially licensed Dr. Seuss set for the fan who rewatches the story every season. This collectible display set measures 14.9 in. (37.8 cm) high and 19.1 in. (48.5 cm) wide. Contains 2,352 pieces.
