Our take on the Brinnlee 76.7" Upholstered Contemporary Modern Sofa Wade Logan

The Wade Logan Brinnlee is a 76.4-inch upholstered sofa in a contemporary square-arm, pillow-back design, built on a solid wood frame with foam cushions and polyester fabric. Its main selling point is capacity: it is rated for 750 lb, well above what most sofas in this size class handle. The compact 76-inch width and 31.9-inch depth suit smaller living rooms and apartments better than a full three-seater. It is a mid-priced piece rather than a premium one, and its 3.5-star rating from 34 buyers suggests a mixed reception.

Questions and answers

Is the Brinnlee sofa good for everyday family use?
It can work, but the polyester fabric and foam cushions are better suited to lighter use. Families with pets or young kids may want a more durable upholstery.
How many people does a 76-inch sofa seat?
Two adults sit comfortably; three fit only if they are small or willing to squeeze. The 76.4-inch width is on the compact end for a three-seater.
Does it come assembled?
Most sofas in this class ship with the frame assembled and only the legs to attach. Check the box contents on the listing before ordering.
What is the weight limit?
750 lb total, which is high for this size and covers most households with room to spare.
Is polyester upholstery a problem?
It is durable against spills and easy to clean, but it breathes less than cotton or linen and can pill over time.
When is the best time to buy?
Sofa prices at this tier tend to dip during major holiday sales and end-of-season clearance. Compare the current price against its recent range before buying.
What do buyers say about the Brinnlee 76.7" Upholstered Contemporary Modern Sofa Wade Logan?
