The Wade Logan Brinnlee is a 76.4-inch upholstered sofa in a contemporary square-arm, pillow-back style, built on a solid wood frame with foam cushions and rated for 750 lb. It is a compact three-seat size for apartments and smaller living rooms, with a shallow 31.9-inch depth that leaves more floor space. Its recent price has moved between $215.99 and $249.99, and the low end of that band is where it looks like the better buy.

Questions and answers

Is the Brinnlee sofa worth it?
It is a reasonable pick if you need a compact modern sofa at a low price and do not expect long-term durability. At the $215.99 low it is a better value than near $250.
How many people does it seat?
It is listed as a single sofa at 76.4 inches wide, so it seats three adults snugly or two comfortably. The 750 lb capacity covers most households.
What is the frame and cushion construction?
The frame and legs are solid wood, and the cushions are foam-filled. There is no spring or pocket-coil detail listed, so expect a firmer, simpler seat.
Will it fit in a small living room?
Yes. At 31.9 inches deep and 33.1 inches tall, it takes less floor space than most full-size sofas. Measure your doorway, since the 76.4-inch width matters for delivery.
What is included in the box?
The sofa ships as one piece with its solid wood legs, which attach during assembly. No throw pillows or ottoman are included.
When is the price lowest?
The recent range runs from $215.99 to $249.99, with the low hit on November 1, 2026. Waiting for a drop back toward $216 is the better time to buy.
