Our take on the Casacomoda 53 Inch L Shaped Computer Desk with Charging Station

The Casacomoda 53 Inch L-Shaped Computer Desk is a corner computer desk with a vintage wood top, a single shelf and a built-in charging station. The L shape fits into a corner and gives room for a monitor plus a laptop, and the outlet and USB ports cut down on cable clutter. It weighs 39.3 lb and needs assembly. It is a budget corner desk rather than a height-adjustable one.

Questions and answers

Is the Casacomoda L-shaped desk worth it?
For a budget corner desk with charging built in, yes. It suits a small office or bedroom. If you need a sit-stand desk or heavy storage, look elsewhere.
Does it have a charging station?
Yes. The desk includes a charging station with power outlets and USB ports, so you can plug in a laptop and phone at the desk.
How big is the desk?
It is 53 inches along the L, with a vintage wood top and one shelf. Check the corner footprint against your room before buying, since the L shape needs clearance on both walls.
Is assembly difficult?
Assembly is required and the L frame has several parts, so set aside an hour or two. Two people make lining up the legs and top easier.
Can it hold a monitor and a laptop?
Yes. The L shape gives two work zones, so a monitor on one side and a laptop on the other fits comfortably. The 39.3 lb frame is light, so keep heavy items centered over the legs.
When is it cheapest?
Corner desks like this usually drop during back-to-school and Black Friday sales. Check the price history on this page before buying.
