It has deep 28.5-inch seats, 42-inch-wide seat sections, round arms and a 19-inch seat height, with a listed 800 lb load limit. At $1,169.49 at Walmart as of November 5, 2026, it is the only new price listed, so there is no recent range to compare it against. Questions and answers

Is the Chic House modular sofa worth $1,169.49?
At $1,169.49 at Walmart as of November 5, 2026, you get 126 inches of seating and a chaise for roughly the price of a mid-range three-seater. It is the only new price listed, so check the return policy before ordering.
How big is it once assembled?
It is 126 inches wide overall, with 42-inch seat widths, 28.5-inch seat depth and a 19-inch seat height. Measure your room and doorways first, since the four pieces are large and heavy.
Does it come assembled?
No. Assembly is required, and the sofa ships as four pieces totaling 219 lb. Two people are needed to move and connect the sections.
Can the sections be rearranged?
Yes. The modular design lets you move the ottoman and chaise sections to change the L-shape. The plastic legs and weight limit the options, but the layout is not fixed.
Is chenille a good fabric for pets and kids?
Chenille is soft and textured but can snag on claws and holds stains. With pets or young kids, use a cover or spot-clean quickly.
When is the price lowest?
Only one new price is listed, $1,169.49 at Walmart as of November 5, 2026, so there is no recent range to time a purchase against. Watch for holiday furniture sales.
Where is the Chic House 126 inch Oversized Modular Sofa Cloud Chenille Sectional Couch with Ottoman Chaise cheapest?
At Walmart, for $1,169.49, 42% off, as of our latest check.
