Our take on the Chic House 168 inch U-Shaped Sectional Couch with Reversible Chaise, Green Corduroy

The Chic House 168-inch U-shaped sectional is a large corduroy sofa that seats up to eight, built as six seat sections plus two ottomans that form a reversible chaise. It has deep 28.5-inch seats, 42-inch seat widths and a 1,600 lb maximum load, with foam fill, round arms and black plastic legs in a mid-century modern style. It ships as eight pieces and requires assembly, and the finished sofa weighs about 400 lb. The best new price is $1,912.49 at Walmart as of November 5, 2026, from the only store listing it new.

Questions and answers

Is $1,912.49 a good price for this sectional?
It is the only new price listed, $1,912.49 at Walmart as of November 5, 2026, so there is no competing store price to compare against. With a single seller, watch for markdowns rather than expecting a lower price elsewhere.
How big a room does the 168-inch sectional need?
The U shape runs 168 inches along its longest side, so plan for a room that leaves walking space around a footprint that size. The 28.5-inch seat depth and 42-inch seat widths make it feel larger than a standard sectional.
Can the chaise go on either side?
Yes. The two ottomans are separate pieces, so the chaise section can be placed on the left or right when you assemble it. You can also split the ottomans off as standalone seating.
How hard is assembly?
It arrives as eight pieces and requires assembly, and the finished sofa weighs about 400 lb. Two people are needed to move the boxes and line up the sections.
How do I care for the corduroy?
Vacuum the green corduroy with a soft brush attachment and brush the nap to lift crushed pile. Spot clean spills promptly, since foam cushions should not be soaked.
What is included in the box?
You get six seat sections and two ottomans, plus the cushions and black plastic legs. The eight pieces make up the full U-shaped sofa and reversible chaise.
Where is the Chic House 168 inch U-Shaped Sectional Couch with Reversible Chaise, Green Corduroy cheapest?
At Walmart, for $1,912.49, 52% off, as of our latest check.
