- Is a 2-inch topper thick enough?
- It adds light cushioning and softens a firm mattress slightly. It won't fix a sagging or badly worn mattress; 3 to 4 inches does more.
- Will it make my mattress cooler?
- The gel foam is designed to pull heat away, and owners generally find it sleeps cooler than standard memory foam. It is not an active cooling system.
- Is it soft or firm?
- It is firm. Back and stomach sleepers tend to like it; side sleepers who need pressure relief at the shoulder and hip may find it too stiff.
- Does it fit a standard Twin XL mattress?
- Yes, it is cut for Twin XL, the 38 by 80 inch size used in dorms and adjustable beds. It will not fit a regular Twin or Full.
- How do I clean it?
- The surface wipes clean with a damp cloth. The cover is not removable, so it can't go in a washing machine.
- When is the price lowest?
- It has been listed at $29.89 at Walmart as of November 7, 2026, with 2 stores selling it new. Topper prices often drop around back-to-school and major sale events.
