Is this set worth it at $40.99?

At $40.99 at eBay as of November 5, 2026, it is the lowest new price among the four stores listing it. That is a fair price for 12 pieces of chip-resistant Vitrelle glass.

How does it compare with Corelle's plain white sets?

Same Vitrelle glass and shapes, but this set carries the Country Cottage red and gray pattern. Plain white sets hide wear better over time.

Yes, they are oven safe to 350 F. Do not use them under the broiler or on a stovetop burner.

Four 10.25-inch dinner plates, four 6.75-inch appetizer plates and four 18-ounce soup/cereal bowls.

Are they microwave and dishwasher safe?

Yes, all pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe, and they are also freezer safe.

When is the price lowest?

Corelle sets often drop during back-to-school and holiday sales. Check the price history before buying outside those windows.
