Our take on the Corrigan Studio 7Ft Faux Olive Tree in White Planter

The Corrigan Studio 7Ft Faux Olive Tree is an 84-inch-tall artificial olive tree in a white floor planter, 23 inches wide at its spread. It is made of plastic, so it needs no water, light or pruning, and it holds its shape year-round. The 7-foot height suits a corner, entryway or beside a sofa where a real tree would need light and upkeep. It is a decorative piece, not a botanical replica, so expect a uniform look up close.

Questions and answers

Is a 7-foot faux olive tree worth it?
If you want a tall, low-maintenance floor plant and accept a plastic look up close, yes. It costs less than a large real olive tree plus a pot and needs no care. If you want a natural texture, a real plant or a higher-end faux tree will satisfy you more.
How tall and wide is it exactly?
It stands 84 inches (7 feet) tall and is 23 inches wide at its widest spread. Check your ceiling height and corner space before buying, since the top branches cannot be trimmed much without looking cut.
Does it come with the white planter?
Yes, the tree ships potted in the white planter shown. You do not need to buy a separate pot, though you can set the planter inside a larger decorative basket if you want a different look.
Can I use it outdoors?
It is designed for indoor floor placement. Plastic foliage can fade or crack under direct sun and prolonged weather, so keep it inside or on a covered porch.
How do I clean it?
Dust the leaves with a microfiber cloth or a quick pass with a vacuum brush attachment. Wipe the white planter with a damp cloth; avoid harsh cleaners that can dull the finish.
When is the price lowest?
Faux trees from furniture brands tend to dip during seasonal home sales and around the winter holidays. Compare the current price against its recent range before buying, since list prices on decor move often.
