Is a boneless sofa comfortable for everyday sitting?

It is comfortable for lounging, lying back and short sitting. It has no frame or springs, so it gives little firm back support. People with back issues should try it in person first.

How big is it really?

It measures 83 inches long and 66 inches deep. That is deeper than a standard sofa, so leave clear floor space in front of it. Measure your room and doorway before ordering.

How do I clean the teddy fabric?

Vacuum it regularly with an upholstery brush and blot spills right away with a damp cloth. Check the care label for whether the cover can be removed. Foam cores should not be soaked.

Will the foam flatten over time?

Foam cushions soften with use, and boneless sofas tend to lose shape faster in the spots people sit most. Rotate and fluff the cushions regularly. Expect a few years of firmness with daily use.

What colors does it come in?

Black, camel, orange and green. Camel and green hide lint and pet hair better than black. Orange is the boldest choice and shows marks least.

When is the best time to buy?

Furniture discounts cluster around holiday sales and end-of-season clearances. Check the price history on this page to see whether the current price is above or below its recent range.

Our take on the Corrigan Studio Soft Teddy Fabric Boneless Sofa

The Corrigan Studio Soft Teddy Fabric Boneless Sofa is an oversized, low-slung sofa with no frame or springs — just layered foam wrapped in soft teddy fabric. At 83 inches long and 66 inches deep, it is closer to a giant floor cushion than a traditional couch, and it seats three or more people or doubles as a lounger. It comes in black, camel, orange and green. No current price was provided, so check the live comparison before buying.
