Questions and answers

Is the Costway Topbuy tractor worth it?
At $141.99 it is a low-cost way to get a 12V tractor with a trailer and a parental remote. If your child is 5 or 6 and you have a flat paved area, it covers the basics well.
How fast does it go and how long does the battery last?
It is a 12V kids' ride-on, so expect walking-pace speed, slower on grass or slopes. Runtime depends on load and surface; plan on shorter sessions and recharge between uses.
Can parents control it without the child steering?
Yes. The included remote lets an adult steer and stop the tractor, which helps with younger or first-time drivers. The child can also drive with the pedal and wheel.
What age and weight is it for?
Costway lists 5 to 6 years and a 66 lb weight limit for one rider. The seatbelt and soft start suit that range, and most kids outgrow it after age 6.
Does the trailer come off?
The trailer is part of the large-capacity design and hitches to the rear of the tractor. It is meant for light hauling, not for carrying a second child.
When is the price lowest?
The only recorded daily price is $141.99 on October 28, 2026. Ride-on toys often drop around Black Friday and pre-holiday sales, so watch the price history before buying.
