Is the 8Ah pack worth it over the 6Ah?

If you run high-draw tools like circular saws or grinders, yes. DeWalt rates the 8Ah at up to one-third more runtime than the 6Ah at the same size and weight. For light drilling, a smaller pack is cheaper and lighter.

Will these fit my older DeWalt 20V tools?

Yes. The DCB208 works with any DeWalt 20V MAX tool and charger, including older models. It does not fit 12V MAX or FlexVolt-only tools.

Is a charger included?

No. The box holds two 8Ah batteries only. You need a DeWalt 20V MAX charger, which most owners already have.

How much do the batteries weigh?

About 2 lb each, the same as the 6Ah DCB206. That is heavier than a 2Ah compact pack, which you will notice on overhead work.
