This is DeWalt's two-tool 20V MAX combo kit: a brushed two-speed drill rated at 404 UWO and 1,650 rpm, plus a compact impact driver at 1,700 in-lbs and 3,200 rpm. It ships with two 2.0Ah DCB203 lithium-ion batteries, a charger and a contractor bag. The brushed motors and small batteries keep the price low but trail DeWalt's brushless kits on runtime and power. At $149 at Home Depot as of November 4, 2026, it sits at the low end of its recent range, so this is a good moment to buy.

Owners of this kit generally call it a reliable starter set for home and light jobsite work, and many stay in DeWalt's 20V line afterward. The common complaints are short battery life with the 2.0Ah packs and the step down from brushless models.
Expand your system with the versatile 20V MAX cordless drill and impact driver kit. Designed lightweight for a wide range of applications, this combo kit pairs a 1/2 inch drill driver with a 1/4 inch impact driver to help tackle tight spaces and overhead work. The kit also includes two 20V MAX 1.3 amp hour batteries, a charger, and a durable storage bag so you can stay powered up, organized, and ready to move from task to task.
