Is the DeWalt DWST17623 big enough for a full tool kit?

No. At 16.25 by 9.5 by 8.5 inches it holds a core set of hand tools, not a full kit. Larger power tools and long levels will not fit.

It is a fabric bag, so it resists splashes but is not waterproof. Keep it off wet ground and out of standing water.

How much does it weigh?

About 1 pound empty. Loaded with hand tools it stays easy to carry by its handle.

Is $48.98 a good price?

It is the only new price listed, $48.98 at The Home Depot as of November 8, 2026, so there is no recent range to judge it against. Compare it with similar-size DeWalt and rival bags before buying.

Does it have a shoulder strap?

The listing does not state one. Check the bag's handle and strap details at the store before buying if carrying it hands-free matters.
